After 16 years, the previous director has retired and this opening will stay filled for years to come. Staff retention is excellent, recently there were no travellers or staff openings in the OR. You will be responsible for organizing surgical services with the help of 3 Assistant Directors plus several charge nurses. New surgery programs include open heart, brain surgery and total joint replacements. The Director of OR will enjoy a newly added lavish lounge and a work day ending at 3pm!
