I am working with a hospital in southern Florida that is looking for NIGHT EMERGENCY ROOM nurses. This would be a full time permanent position, and with this 30K sign on bonus comes a 24 month committment. Where in Florida? What hospital? What is the hourly rate? Is the sign-on bonus paid out all at once on the start date?

The hospital is located in the southwest part of Florida, the hourly rate depends on the years of experience, and the sign on is broken up depends on the candidate and how strong they are in experience.
