Question California RN looking to relocate

Hi, my name is Gracie and I am currantly looking into the possibilty of relocating to Montana, Idah or Utah. My husband I are getting tired of the complexities and politics of this state. I currantly work in a step down unit in a level 1 trauma center in the central valley. I understand that I probably won't find a similiar facility in a smaller state, but I also feel it will be refreshing to not have to deal with many of the social issues as well ( gang violence, language barriors etc.) Any info, hints, suggestions, and advise will be helpfull. :39:
