 | 1st year done... 1 more to go... Hello everybody! I am finishing up my first year of Nursing school in a two year program and am eligible to take the LPN boards after this semester. I have been debating whether or not to take it because money is kinda an issue right now... We have 2 boys and I do not work outside the home because I am focusing fully on school. However, I believe that I would make more money if I took the LPN boards and worked as a LPN... My main interest is OB/Labor and Delivery or Postpartum nursing... Of course I am limited in Wichita as there are only 2 hospitals which deliver babies... But, I would probably enjoy Pediatrics also... I am open to any suggestions you all may have for me! Thanks!
