I worked most of the past year as a "weekender".I worked ICU&ER positions, Sat/Sun/Mon.It just depends on the needs of the unit.I just ask the manager about the possibility of working weekend only, during the interview. I have only had one manager tell me no, and she had a Baylor plan, weekends were covered. Jeanie |
