I am going to interview with them tomorrow. What kind of questions do they ask? This will be my first assignment and I am really nervous about the interview. Any suggestions??
thanks

I got an offer from Kaiser in LA yesterday for an ICU position. I have one year experience in cardiac ICU and have never traveled before. I've been looking for a position for about 2 months and this has been my first job offer. I've heard bad things about Kaiser, that they pull travelers every 4 hours and send you to departments you have no experience in. Has anyone had good experiences at Kaiser? Is it really that bad of a place?

If you are interviewing for CCU, they don't ask you much. I asked most of the questions. They have NO techs for CNAs at night, you work in a buddy system with another nurse. You work every other weekend. The woman I talked to had obviously not even looked at my application, she asked me 3 times where else I had traveled even though I told her this would be my first assignement. Good luck with the interview.
I had my interview on tuesday and the lady that interviewed me was very thorough. My interview lasted about 45 min and I was quizzed about drugs. Are you going to take the job? I haven't been offered a job yet, but my recruiter says thats a good thing because a NO answer usually comes back the same day.
No, I'm not taking the job. The interview was shady and I'm not a fan of the "buddy system" at night. I have yet to hear anything good about Kaiser so I'll keep looking.
