newbie Junior Member Join Date: Oct 2003 Posts: 3	utilities and housing costs Maybe some recruiters can chime in and tell me what is usual for utilities in "fully furnished housing" as specified in a contract...the offer I got of $50/mo allowance and "arranging" my own utilities seemed to be a poor incentive to travel with this company...Phone and cable I would expect to pay, but water and electric ought to come with the deal, seems to me...
