| ready to travel in 2005? What are my choices? I would be interested in hearing more about that 8000$ bonus mentioned. What are the rates for most contracts etc? I am looking for a contract rate of about 32-35 per hour in texas or another compact state? Any offers? Have 4 year acute and step down care experience. Currently working an LTACH unit in west texas and work is so slow I need to get and work more than I currently am..... Sean Wolff RN |

| Re: ready to travel in 2005? What are my choices? Okie dokie, A compact states is one of the states that has made an arrangement with another state so that nurses may travel more freely between states without having to get a new licensce for each state.. There are currently 13 states I believe but look it up under yahoo search and you will find out who all is a member. As a texas nurse I can travel to tennesse and arizona for example without having to get a licensce in those states unless I permanently move there. Sean |
