    help

    hi therer, i am new to thissite and am in need of some help. i am in the process of facing some charges with the stae of vermont this monday. i have a long history of medi cation use and it got WAY OUT of control in june after fighting with my boyfriend he thru me out and i proceede to take to much meds before going to work and during my shift made some mistakes in the med room. i am facing regulated drug fraud,first time, i have aheraring on mondau need some advice as to how to handle myself what to bring and what to say. anybody know the ins and outs in vermont please help ASAP. thanxs nurse nesie

    The best way to handle yourself in this situation is to be 100% honest. If they tested you back in June and you were dirty and or they caught you diverting then you really have no defense. Hopefully since this all went down in June you have already gotten yourself into treatment - nothing looks better and can save you from going to jail than to be sincerely seeking treatment.     First and foremost bring a lawyer....Don't ever,ever face the board without a lawyer. Even if they say "you don't need one". Best of luck to you , I'll keep you in my prayers
