Nurse Retention

What are hospitals offering for nurse retention, for the nurse that has been there over 3 years. Are they giving them any retention bonuses? What kind of budget does a recruiter have to work with? I hear it costs about 75,000$ to replace a ICU nurse. What variables are added up to get that number? Just curious. Please respond if you have any information, Thanks.
