|  Just Want To Get Started! I am an OR nurse with 15+ years experience, but left my last job under "bad" terms. I had been there for 6 years and so all previous employers are pretty much off the radar for references.I can provide limitless excellent references BUT they would not be from the manager (there is only one and most companies ask for 2) at my last job. I just want to start traveling and put the past behind me. In all those years I never had a bad evaluation...even from the last place. I'm stuck and don't know what to do. I had one recruiter call and tell me he submitted my name to a place but I have called him everyday for the last week and he has not returned my calls...I don't know what is going on and I don't know what to do next..any advice? Thanks! Stuck |
