| I am a ICU/ER nurse with over 5years experience in traveling and I can't seem to find a company to travel with who tells the truth. They all seem to play the tell me what I want to hear game and get me locked into a contract to get there and nothing they said was true. My current company keeps raising my housing deductions everyweek. When I called my housing rep she said my electric bill was higher than they had budget for so now I owe them $24 more dollars a week for the remaining contract. This is not the first time for an increase every week its different! Anyone feel my frustrations? |

| Re: I'm tired of getting voicemails! Have you ever considered working full time for a year or two and then moving on? I work with a number of facilities that offer sign on bonuses and relocation packages in excess of 20k for a one or two year commitment. Just wondered if you had given this some consideration. Thank you, Connor Bartley |

| Re: I'm tired of getting voicemails! I have heard this time and time again, there is a huge problem in our industry with making promises companies can’t keep. Please know that all of us don't adhere to the same lock em and drop em policy. Our goal has always been to have travelers with us for life and our referral program is built so you will continue to be paid long after you stop traveling with us. Our company standards are changing the industry and we are very excited about the future. If you have any questions please feel free to call me anytime or visit our website at Voyage RN

| Re: I'm tired of getting voicemails! What are contracts for if the agency can change the terms at will ... you try to protect yourself and "get everything in writing" - but when it comes down to the final result it feels like the Travel still gets taken in the end. Are there any honest Agency/Recruiters out there anymore -- When a contract isn't enough to feel protected what can a traveler do -- go back to the daily grind or change titles. |
