| Does Magnet really help you recruit? We are going for Magnet regognition. My HR department wants to know if it will REALLY help them recruit the best. The literature suggests it will, but I'm wondering what you've found. Have you worked on behalf of Magnet Hospital clients in your search for nurses? Does the Magnet designation help you do your job? |
