There are over 400 travel companies on the market- an average of 40-50 go under every year- we have been around 8 years. See how long your company has been around? Ask questions. Ask this question too, if I am let go for any reason- am I still allowed to work for the company? There is a whopping 70% that state if you are released from your travel assignment for any reason you will no longer be allowed to work for us. Example mid size company- nurse traveled over 3 years loyally- conflict let go- no longer allowed to work for this company.

Example II- AAMS had 4 people terminated from their assignments for various reasons in the last 4 months. None that we as a team agreed with- all four are working with us now and will speak to you privately about how we advocate. We are nurse owned and we know that there are conflicts; personality issues and just plain stupid reasons. Who will you choose to travel with? Do your homework folks ask more questions!
