Adaptation in Ireland

I just have received my decision letter from An Bord Altranais (Irish nursing board). Does anyone know of an agency who helps overseas nurses gaining adaptation and hospital employer in Ireland? I am already here in Ireland and I've been calling the hospitals to inquire about their adaptation program. However, as of this moment, most hospitals do not offer the adaptation. There are some hospitals who told me that they do not accept direct application, the applicant has to be have an agency. Pursuing your own adaptation program is quite complex; in order for the applicant to be accepted for adaptation, he has to have a hospital employer first; but, on the other side, for an applicant to have an employer, he has to have or finished the adaptation. How's that?
