The difference with the MK is they have to have a certain quota and order size with Avon you don't. I don't know about the MK leadership (multilevel marketing, downline, pyramid whatever) but Avon's is pretty good I am able to make pretty good spending money from the sales of my downline everymonth without doing much of nothing if I'd really work it I could make lots more (but enough to make a car payment that doesn't come out of my nursing wages is pretty good) I'll hook you up
