| traveling to the states Hi all im new to ultimate nurse.com, i qualified as a general nurse with my BSc in ireland in 2005, hope to travel to the US soon, i am currently studying for the NCLEX nd hope to do it soon. has anyone any other suggestions ho i should prepare for the change from irish to america nursing? courses, sites etc! would be greatful for any help/advice, |
