| I am currently in the Army and am an LPN looking to get a BSN. I am trying to find a program that the Army will pay for with tuition assistance. Anyone been successful with this approach? Dawn |

| Administrator | Re: seaking info Hi, Dawn, and welcome to the site! :waving: I am sure that, if you talk to the Admissions Office of an accredited school, they can help you out. Have you spoken with anyone in the Army about any schools you're interested in? Hope to see many of your posts in the future! 'Cat

| Re: seaking info Dawn, I am currently in my last year of a BSN program in georgia. I plan on being a direct commission in the ANC when graduating. Anyways I have quite a few friends that are on active duty but taking a break to come back to school, and one really good friend in nursing school. The head of the BSN program is THE BEST!, escpecially if she knows you are military. She really admires and appreciates people that are in the military. She will help you anyway possible, she really goes out of her way to help military students. If you want any other info. just let me know.:houra: |

| Super Moderator | Re: seaking info Hello Dawn, I'd check with the Army on what they will pay and when. I'd think they'd approve any accredited school within degree areas they spell out. When they'll let you take the courses is up to them. Keep us posted. Andrew Lopez, RN http://www.4nursing.com |
