Question Returning to nursing, many questions

I'm an R.N., licensed in California, age 54 and have worked in healthcare for 20plus years. I'm also a licensed nursing home administrator. I haven't done any hospital work since the 1980s. I have been a case manger which involved working with employees on workers comp, going to appts, reports.... a few years ago.

I want to eventually be a per diem nurse, I need the flexability.

I'm attending the Washington State Unniversity refresher course. I looked into several and this seemed the most thorough. It will involve 145 hours of clinical.

Do know of any facilities that would possibly hire or allow me to do a clinical in the San Francisco area?

Do you know of any facitlities that would hire and train me as a new entry.....?

I'm also interested in home-care and private duty. Do you have any connections with these?

I'm not sure what area to work in. Where do you think the most demand is for per diem?
