Returning after 15 years

Hi
I am new to this forum -- an old nurse (RN) and have been out of the US for the past 15 years. Am returning to CO next summer and will look for something part time. I did OR and NICU nursing way back when and I am sure I could not do the high tech stuff anymore, but would love to do teaching - patient advocate or something using my "brain." Any ideas from some other close to retirement age nurses who enjoy staying in the field?

Welcome to the site, nursnis! Glad to have you here.

Have you ever considered working in a clinic?

Welcome nursis! Have you been living in Hong Kong the past 15 years? If so, been doing nursing in Hong Kong? I'd be very interested in what it was like living in Hong Kong and what took you there & what brought you back to the U.S.

Supposedly 8 out of 10 people suffer from hemorrhoids. Does that mean that the other 2 people enjoy them???
