Hey and hello from the Texas Panhandle.

All done with nursing school and will walk the stage in two days. Five of my six kids will be here for my graduation along with 5 grandkids. Man am I glad school is over. Still need to pass the NCLEX but I should do fine provided I continue to study for it.

Have been here on this forum off and on over the last year or so but plan to visit more frequent.

Struggling with finding a job. I am waiting for my GN certificate and still need to take state boards. Hurry up and wait. Some places will hire you as a GN but I need the certificate first. I guess I just need to be patient.

I am male, 52 years young, and excited about my new career.
