|  NewGuy.RN =) So considering i'm new here it's probably necessary to give a little H&P...well, the h-part anyway. I'm a recently graduated RN and while that naturally brands me as fresh meat, i've had a solid 6 months of ER experience in an aggressive diagnostic and treatment metropolitan unit in Pennsylvania. I've also just completed 6 years in the PA Army National Guard and am really looking forward to moving out west to SoCal for a little change of pace. I'm in my early 20s and determined so now's as good a time as any i suppose~ I'm currently in the job-hunting phase so if anyone has any recommendations for the LA area i would so very appreciative  Last edited by Wizkid_RN; 08-05-2009 at 03:01 PM.. |

I like your energy and enthusiasm, let those traits shine but try to temper the headstrong part a little. It can make for a rough ride until you prove what a great addition you are to the staff. Mood:  | Re: NewGuy.RN =) My recommendation for the LA area? Stay away! Move to San Diego- it's nicer, cleaner, people are friendlier, and hospital working conditions are better!
