    Talking Hello from Florida!

    Hi All,

Just dropping in to say a quick hello and introduce myself! My name is Lisa... I live in west central Florida (north of Tampa) and work in the ED of a local rural hospital. I've been an RN for just under a year - and am definately looking forward to seeing what else nursing has to offer me! We are currently sharing our home with our 2 rescued greyhounds - Max & Zoe. My husband is nursing school now and definately looking forward to being an RN also!

That's it for now! I'm going to check out the rest of the site!

    Hello Lisa,

Welcome to the site, has Nursing turned out to be what you expected?

Getting through the first year is the toughest, after that it gets a little easier.

My wife and I are both nurses. When she comes home, she "vents" to me, when I come home, I check e-mail

It's very exciting to hear your husband is going to become a nurse too. It's great that you'll be there to support eachother.

Career opportunities are unlimited in nursing. Visit http://www.nursingentrepreneurs.com to see what kinds of businesses other nurses have started.

    Best wishes,
