Welcome to the site, Ashley! I, too, have done the LPN to RN route; you get experience along the way, and can work while going for your RN.

I wish you luck, and hope you keep us posted on how things progress.

Where did you do your bridge program at? How long did it take you?

My Bridge program was one semester, but it took me 2 years part time, and 2 semesters Full time to get my BSN. Tuition was a bit pricey.... I had gone to a school here in the MidWest, hence my screen name.

Re: New to this site:-)

Do you know if the bridge programs are any easier to get into out there? I am in CA and these programs are such a pain to get into. Im willing to move if need be to continue with my edu. Im young and single....why not.

Re: New to this site:-)

Welcome Ashley! It is great to see someone young, into fitness, that is excited about getting into nursing. I did an RN-BSN online program through UTMB Galveston, School of Nursing. Although, not directly similar to what your asking thought I'd mention it.

Good luck & post often!
