| New from Mass Just saying hello. but now that Im here I was wondering since the economy has gone bad if travelers and agency nurses are seeing it. I know the area around where I am living that the positions in hospitals are drying up quickly. Anyone else seeing it? Last edited by DigoxinRN; 10-21-2008 at 12:12 PM.. Mood:  | Re: New from Mass I have not seen any decrease in travel assignments- let's face it, regardless of what the economy is doing, if a hospital needs nurses, they need to get them from somewhere...

I do know 1 hospital out my way just closed, 1 was going to close, but was bought out, and another is building a bigger facility. I know the area always has help wanted ads. 'Cat' PS....Red Sox played well. BoSox Forever! |
