Red face new kid on the block

Hi everyone,
New here and would like to intro myself.
Current Rn license with 4 years of LPN experience. Would love to travel but having a hard time finding agency due to Rn less than 1 year. Any advice for me, i would consider taking an LPN role.
Other than that I love my job, I work on a Cardiovascular Unit in Louisville Ky.

Hey, Lisa! Welcome to the site. I am sure it stinks, not being able to travel yet, but I do believe the agencies want at least a year of experience first. As for working as an LPN, you'd still be held accountable to an RN license. You worked hard for it, right?

Anyhow, again welcome, and don't worry. I am sure you'll find the right agency when it is time.

Hope you drop by often!

Just go ahead and get the year experience, especially if you can get it in the unit you are in. You will be much happier and secure in your travel position if you do.
