Hello all,

I am currently an RN in the MICU of our local level 1 trauma center - and I love it. I am in the market right now for a non-lifting position secodary to some surgery I needed to have. I may have some possibilities in Risk Management at my hospital. Any other ideas for a broken nurse with a sharp mind to do?

I joined the forum to meet other nurses, share and care alike, and see what other options are out there. It's nice to meet you all!

Thank you in advance!

Jennifer

:waving: Welcome to the site, jennifer! Nice to meet you. If your hospital does Admission screening prior to surgery, is that a possibility?

Hi Jennifer!!

Welcome to the forum!!

I also work in a trauma center. How about triage? Case Management?

Just some thoughts,
Tom
