| New to forum Hello everyone. I am Lisa. I am a new nurse. I have been working in long term care for 3 years. I enjoy my work, but do hope to broaden my horizons soon. I find that I am learning new things daily. |

| I'm new too! Welcome. I'm new too. It's just good to support each other! Wow, 3 years in longterm care...I've done 5 years in med/surg (gyne/uro/onc) and most of our patients are gone within 3 days; however, we do have several who have more complicated stays and who are admitted over and over...those are the heart breakers! |

| Administrator | Re: New to forum Welcome to the site, Lisa! 3 years in LTC? Try over 8 on my end, just at one facility. I won't try to total the # of years through agency, etc. Hope to see many of your posts! 'Cat' |
