| Re: my wifes new career choice Welcome! As a travel nurse, I appreciate a recruiter who is honest, upfront, and doesn't "beat around the bush". Be straightforward with the nurses you are trying to recruit. Most nurses are pretty good at seeing through bullsh*t anyways.... Tell her to always remember that the nurses she is trying to recruit are her bread and butter- and that she is working for them.
