Laughing here.
I made $88k last year. Traveling. No headaches. Go to work, be a nurse, take care of patients go home. Come back the next day. Move on to greener pastures at the end of 13 weeks. Leave all the B.S. behind.
Do you realize how many FTE's a 30 station unit requires? And most of these dialysis units leave them without a CM for months and it takes every ounce of effort just to get caught up. Those bonus' aren't made if you don't save the company lots of $$$$$$ by understaffing etc.
$95k is peanuts in Cali.
