Hi everyone. I am a newbie RN--just passed boards and I don't have a job yet. There are WAY too many choices out there! Is that a problem everywhere? It's a shame the pay doesn't reflect the shortage here in Louisiana...

I understand about the many job choices we have as nurses....but isn't that good in a way?
