| Intro Hello all. My name is Trish and I have been an RN since 1995. Spent the first 10 yrs. doing case management in a state run mental health facility working with DD patients. Decided to find out what real nursing was about, so I applied to a local hospital and was hired. Worked M/S for 2 1/2 yrs there and decided to travel. I have completed an 8 wk assignment and now in a 13 wk contract. Finding that things vary SO MUCH from hospital to hospital, but loving the experience and the pay too. Hope to get to know you all. | Administrator  | Re: Intro Hi, Trish, and welcome to the site! I did 2 1/2 years of DD work within the same system you worked, but up in the northern part of the state. Loved the residents. Glad to have you with us, and hope you drop by as often as you can. |
