New to traveling and wouldn't mind finding an adventurous buddy to help me get started. Looking to go warm and costal area. Is there a certain site on the web for this or can travel companies help connect nurses with the same interest? If so, where can I find this?

I tried traveling alone and hated it. I love traveling, but you make very few friends along the way...or at least good friends you can do things with during off times. I now have a friend that travels with me. It works out really good. I now have someone to do things with, go to events with, go out to eat with and spend time doing things with during time off. If you have a friend, partner, boyfriend, or significant other that would enjoy traveling with you I certainly recommend it. :luck:

I saw your post and wanted to see if you ever found someone to travel with. I have been traveling with my husband but we moved back home and now he wants to stay here for awhile and I am ready to travel. I always thought it would be neat to have someone to travel with. Let me know if you still are interested and maybe we can do an assignment together. I know lots of friends who travel together and they love it cuz they work the same area at the same time and have their days off to do whatever. I have a cool agency I am going to start with.
