Howdy from Central Texas

Howdy,

I am currently a corrections officer and looking to get into nursing as pay and quality of life seem a lot better. Hope to get some good information from this site

Welcome! Where abouts in Central Texas do you hang your hat? I grew up in Austin.

I have some in-laws that live in Elgin! I sure did like the summer here in the PNW [South Puget Sound area] and don't miss the heat & humidity of Central Texas one bit.

Hi! Well, I'm not from Texas, I'm from Wisconsin, but I did visit there once! Haha! My husband went to school at the University of Houston and he really liked it. Welcome to the board.
