Hi everyone! I am thinking about changing traveling companies. Has anyone used Rn network and if you have, how was it? Any info would be great. Thanks!

Sorry Katie, I can't answer your question, but I am also curious about RN Network. I'm eyeing them, but won't be applying with travel nurse companies for a while since I'm still in school. Do you know how much work experience they require of nurses they hire? I perused their website but didn't find this information.
Thanks! Good luck finding a company that's a good fit!
Every travel company requires at LEAST 1 year of experience in your specialty before traveling.
I've talked to them, just as a back up company. The recruiter I spoke with was very motivated to get me job, I will say that about him. But not really I job I wanted. I told him I wanted nights, ICU in San Fran area. He told all about jobs that were swing shifts, peds ICUs and in lovely Oakland CA. So, if you are just looking for a position to start quickly I'd say they might be okay. But if you have time to wait for what you want, and you would like to get what you ask for, I'd say look around.
I have talked with RN network a few times and the first calls are always great "yes we have work there, yes we can submit you.... blah blah" but when it ocmes to the crunch, it's all just lies. If you can get past a 'recruiters assistant" and actually talk with a recruiter good luck.
For the 3rd and last time, I find they do not have the postings they advertised or discussed. And they will not cold call hospitals for you. Seems if a qualified nurse calls, they would do something to get you a job.
good luck

frangi, maybe it's just the recruiter you spoke with- I have always spoken directly with my recruiter, never with his assistant, and he has cold-called a hospital for me when I knew of travel needs at a particular facility that they didn't have posted. I think with every company, there are good an bad recruiters- maybe you just got connected with a not-so-great recruiter...
No talking to my recruiter here. On my first assignment right now and have had no problems. Great housing as well!!
I am with RN Network and this is my first assignment. So far the company has been ok. There have been problems but all companies have problems but RN Network has worked really hard to get them fixed. I also am friends with a traveler that has used RN Network for 3 years now and she says the same thing, that there are problems but they work really hard to get them fixed. But as others have said alot of it is also your recruiter.
