 | Hi All Found your site on a desperate search for information. Hi I'm Terri. I recently took over the Staff Development position for a fairly large Operating room. I have been charged with some very difficult challenges and am looking for some support, inspiration and guidance. I was left with a very big mess to straighten out. JACHO on my heels. No competencies in place. Already had 7 new hires since May, 3 more coming next week, and a new position posted for 5 surgical aides. No competencies available. 3 surgical tech position and 2 RN positions still available. Any one need a job? HELPPPPPPP! :cry_smile: |
