    my wife's new career

hello, My wife is starting a new job next week as a recruiter for travelling nurses, and I don't know how to help her. she is nervous and excited about a new job and I know NOTHING about how all this works. Can anyone offer advice or stories to help me help her? I know she is a good person and will to do well, but I don't have any advice to offer her? thanks for anything. DAVE

    Re: my wife's new career

As a seasoned recruiter of RNs for full time positions, my advice would be:
Be knowledgeable of your profession and the industry you recruit for

Be patient, as people are surprisingly not always willing to quit their job tomorrow for a new one next week

Be honest about your opportunities and never be too proud to admit that your opportunity may not be the best one for the candidate

Be confident in all that you do.

Hope that helps. Best of luck.
