Travel Nurse

Thought I would greet everyone on my first post.

My name is Brent and I'm heading off to college next year for nursing.

Currently I'm on a waiting list of the RN program, so I have some time to get the classes that I need to get done finished!

A little about myself...

I actually started into the nursing field right around the end of age 16...

My sister got me going into it because she's in Nursing school, and I became a CNA at age 16 and currently working at a nursing home here in wisconsin.

I can't say it's the greatest job, but I love doing it. Some of these elder persons make my day everytime I work!

Welcome! I am also from WI, but am currently working as a travel nurse out of state.

:waving: Nice to meet you! Getting your prerequisites out of the way before the nursing courses is the best thing you can do. Lets you focus on nursing 'stuff' when you get there.

Hope you drop by often and keep us posted on school.
