| Hello... new to site! Hi! I'm actually looking to become a nurse. Decided to join a few forums to get some insight and guidance from people. I have no medical experience but i do have a BA from a 4-year university. (hopefully that helps) I look forward to getting everyone's input with their real-world experience. BTW, This forum looks great! Can anyone recommend any other ones? |

| Re: Hello... new to site! Welcome!  Your 4 year degree will come in handy, as many schools have accelerated nursing programs for those who already have a bachelor's degree of some sort. As far as other sites, yes, you will find other nursing sites with more members, but some "other" sites are also highly censored, and members are discouraged from expressing opinions that differ from those of the site's moderators- not the case on this site!
