| Hi All, Just dropping in to say a quick hello and introduce myself! My name is Lisa... I live in west central Florida (north of Tampa) and work in the ED of a local rural hospital. I've been an RN for just under a year - and am definately looking forward to seeing what else nursing has to offer me! We are currently sharing our home with our 2 rescued greyhounds - Max & Zoe. My husband is nursing school now and definately looking forward to being an RN also! That's it for now! I'm going to check out the rest of the site! ~Lisa |

| Super Moderator | Re: Hello from Florida! Hello Lisa, Welcome to the site, has Nursing turned out to be what you expected? Getting through the first year is the toughest, after that it gets a little easier. My wife and I are both nurses. When she comes home, she "vents" to me, when I come home, I check e-mail ![]() It's very exciting to hear your husband is going to become a nurse too. It's great that you'll be there to support eachother. Career opportunities are unlimited in nursing.
