| Wanted to say hello! First day on site. I have just moved to Lubbock, TX and thought that I would try to find a travel job. I contacted 4 travel agencies. The fourth one said that they would be able to find a job in ICU which is perfect, since that is what I had been doing for the last 4 years. Then guess what, the other agencies called with the same job. The company that I wanted to deal with offered me money above all others. The problem is I had interviewed with another hosp. as perm staff in a PICU unit, less pay, but sign on bonus. What to do? Do I travel for 3 mos, lie about my actuall address, Kinda, I have home in OHIO, or do I take PICU job, which is where I wanted to begin after nursing school? Is there anyone out there with advise? |
