Emergency Department Director


Beautiful community hospital in Parkersburg, West Virginia is seeking a Director of the Emergency Department to lead a transformation. This is an exciting opportunity for the emergency nurse director who is confident in his/her skills as a clinician, as an innovative manager and as a change agent.

The Director oversees 10 direct reports and more than 200 indirect reports. More than 45,000 patients a year visit the emergency department. The hospital operates the city’s EMS system.

The hospital is stand alone, community owned, not for profit, financially stable and adding services and square footage.
