| hello Hello all i am brand new here and wish to chat with each of you! I am an experienced Nurse who has worked in many specialty areas. I came tonight because i am seeing an emergent pattern associated with companies and Nurses. Companies are hiring Nurses ...treating them rotten and being rid of them. Not only are we worked to death....but now this aspect. I question their need. The companies know WE as Nurses will care until we fall,so why be rotten to us on top of that? This week I watched many people complain about what they had been through with their company and it is not fair. It seems they target a certain area to make "their" business cuts. And always it is in Nursing.......making those who remain need to work ever so much harder. I love caring about ill people yet it all seems so cold hearted by big business. Anyone have some words of wisdom for me? If you do..Please let me know ![]() |
