Hi everyone! I just found this forum and thought what better place to find and give advice, support and encouragement from fellow colleagues than here? I should have known there was such a forum, since nurses are the biggest population of health care workers.

Ok, I feel like I'm talking out of a textbook. Well, I'm just glad I found this place and hope to learn a lot from here.
