An online friend referred me to this website.

I'm a recent BSN grad (May 07). College was in the midwest, but home is in Seattle.

I'm still enjoying my remaining weeks of summer before I start a periop program in early September.

Welcome to the site, piping mad! Glad to have you with us! Where in the MidWest did you go to school?

I attended MacMurray College in central Illinois.

Since I had clinicals in a few hospitals in that area, I could've easily gotten a job there, but I really didn't like the area I was in all that much (flat, farmland, and humidity). It just didn't compare to the pacific northwest, so I came home.

No offense to any midwesterners :-)

Hey.....I live close enough to Daley land here! Wouldn't think of moving, either.....lol!
