|  Brooklyn RN I just want to say hello as I am a newcomer to this site. I am looking for advice as I am interested in changing nursing specialties. I am experienced in home care but am interested in working as a Case Manager possibly for insurance companies. How can I seek opportunities in this specialty without any prior experience in this specialty? Also what requirements are needed for this specialty? |
