Aussie wondering where to go

Hello I am an Australian registered nurse with 14 years experience who has just about finished the nightmare of applying to come and work in the United States. I work in the Operating Theatre (mainly Cardiothoracic) of what is a fairly large teaching hospital in Sydney (12 theatres, but reading some of the posts small by USA standards). I have travelled to the States many times even driven across it 4 times but have never worked there, and was wondering where should I work as I don't want to go travel nursing!!!!!!
