| As my name says it all I am an RN who started recruiting last year. While I LOVED oncology nursing, I felt like after 7 years I needed a break and helping other nurses find jobs seemed like a natural. I'm curious if anyone out there has done this before? I have found great satisfaction and may return "to the ranks" in the future, but for now am content. Great to be on this site!
