Suffering from Fatigue. Need Help!!!

I am suffering from fatigue. I’ve been suffering from it for past four months. I have tried various things to improve your energy level and not gotten a lasting result. It affects me as a temporary loss of strength and energy resulting from hard physical or mental work.
I’ve tried various things to improve my energy level and not gotten a lasting result. Please help me to get rid out of it.

Sorry to hear about your trouble. The first thing that comes to my mind is whether or not you've recently been to a doctor. If not, please make an appointment for a complete physical. You may get answers to your questions then.

Einstein, all we can advise you to do is speak with your primary care physician or practitioner about your symptoms. Only he/she can make a proper diagnosis and run the required tests.

Also agree that you should see your PCP to rule out any medical problems that may be causing this. Once your doctor gives you the ok, then you can concentrate on remedies for your predicament.
