| Wanting to work in Ireland this Summer I am a registered nurse with 5 years experience in Telemetry and PACU, and I am wanting to travel this summer and would love some info on how to start working in Ireland. Any info will be appreciated |

| Re: Wanting to work in Ireland this Summer I am currently applying for registration in Ireland. I can tell you a little. First you need to apply to An Bord Altranais for registration. Contact them from the following webpage to get an application package. Go to http://www.nursingboard.ie/ and look under the registration section on the left side of the page, then "Nurses & Midwives Registration in Ireland" and you'll find a PDF file that will explain what you need to do. Once you have been approved, you will need to find an employer so you can apply for a working permit. You may need to do a period of adaptation before you are approved. This is just the basics, the PDF file and website will explain more. Hope this helped some. |
